Assenti's is a first-generation Italian family from San Benedetto Del Tronto, Italy. They hand make their authentic pasta using inherited traditional methods from their mother Adriana Sabatini Assenti. The process of crafting handmade pasta is a treasured gift and the culmination of two generations of a mastered practice that’s been handed down.
